choices..?

heard
while i was in the supermarket
at the salad bar
talking myself out of putting together
the salad i really wanted
dr. phil on a t.v. monitor
mounted overhead
saying

"..most choices
are made
based on
fear..."

could this be true
in my life.. if so
not good....i thot

whereupon
i was inspired to
get the salad i really wanted
no matter what the cost...

sure tasted yummy
& i felt great...
